Dealing with Havenly is fairly straightforward. You start out by taking a questionnaire which will ask you questions regarding your personal style, then you'll upload photos of the room you want decorated. From that point, you'll schedule a time to have a complementary chat with your designer to go over your likes, dislikes, ideas to the space, and what you need--or, you can complete a design brief online, if you would like. After five business days pass, you'll get two different design concepts to your space, that you'll then rate and provide feedback on for the designer.
Your designer will make alterations, and as soon as you have the space of your dreams designed, you'll move forward to the purchasing portion. Havenly will fill your virtual shopping cart with all of the things from the designs (such as alternates, just in case) and you can choose which things you really want to purchase --the accounts group will take it out of there, ordering and establishing delivery to you
